The Official Flower of Lifechanyuan – The Corn Poppy

I have decided to designate the corn poppy as the official flower of Lifechanyuan for the following reasons:

1.The corn poppy flower originates from the fairyland—the Thousand-year World. Lifechanyuan's Second Home is modeled after the lifestyle of the Thousand-year World. Therefore, seeing the corn poppy reminds the Chanyuan Celestials of their homeland, evoking memories and the desire to return to their true home.

2.The corn poppy is also known as the Fairy Herb and the Flower of Fairy, symbolizing celestial beings. Since all Chanyuan Celestials are celestial beings, it is fitting that the corn poppy is named the official flower of Lifechanyuan.

3.The corn poppy’s light and ethereal bloom embodies the grace and elegance of celestials. Lifechanyuan is a place where celestial beings are nurtured, so seeing the corn poppy activates the celestial genes within our consciousness.

4.The corn poppy is pure and unsullied, remaining immaculate as it blooms, symbolizing the Chanyuan Celestials.

5.The corn poppy is covered in tiny thorns, effectively protecting it from pests, much like how the Chanyuan Celestials are not easily entangled by worldly emotions and affairs.

6.The corn poppy is delicate and beautiful. While the peony is noble, the rose is passionate, the orchid is proud, and the dahlia is voluptuous, none can compare to the corn poppy's enchanting allure that captivates and mesmerizes, much like the romantic and exuberant nature of the Chanyuan Celestials.

7.The corn poppy is diverse in form and color. Most flowers are monotonous, with uniform colors or similar forms. However, the corn poppy boasts a myriad of styles and shades, and even among tens of thousands of blossoms in the same area, it is nearly impossible to find two flowers identical in color and shape. This reflects the unique spirit of the Chanyuan Celestials, each distinct and extraordinary.

8.The structure of the corn poppy’s petals is relatively simple and unadorned, a symbol of purity and innocence, aligning with the qualities of the Chanyuan Celestials.

Based on these eight reasons, the corn poppy will be honored as the official flower of Lifechanyuan.
