Try This Transformational Practice

To transform from an ordinary person into a celestial or Buddha, one must undergo a profound and complete metamorphosis.
First, we must recognize that our traditional consciousness has nothing to do with the consciousness of celestials or Buddhas—it is purely human. Second, we must understand that while historical texts and modern writings may provide spiritual wisdom on becoming a celestial or Buddha, if we fail to put the insights we gain into real practice in our daily lives, they amount to empty talk—mere lip service—and are entirely useless for true transformation.
In the past, many practitioners focused on gong (energy work), mystical methods, or supernatural arts, mistakenly believing these to be the essence of self-cultivation. In reality, they are not. Such practices are often no more than methods to improve physical health or acquire abilities to gain admiration, feed vanity, or enhance material life.
Some practitioners aimed to develop “supernatural abilities” and began healing others after practicing for only a few years, or even just months. Frankly, that’s absurd.
Many so-called practitioners merely absorb the wisdom of others without applying it to their own lives. They only take, without giving. With such an approach, how can you claim merit or qualification to enter the heavenly kingdom?
There is a long-standing belief that chanting “Amitabha Buddha” thousands or tens of thousands of times daily guarantees entry into the Western Pure Land. That is sheer nonsense. If it were so easy, the so-called Pure Land would be filled with birds and animals.
Today, countless people shout about the end times, claiming they are “saving people” or “delivering the world.” Ridiculous! Save what? Deliver what? You’re like a clay Bodhisattva trying to cross a river—you can’t even save yourself! With a muddled mind, incoherent speech, baseless fabrications, and no understanding of LIFE, time-space, consciousness, structure, Tao, Buddha, or celestials, how can you possibly save or deliver anyone?
So, how should one practice self-cultivation?
Try this transformational practice—a complete rebirth.
1.Give away all your possessions to causes or places you deem meaningful, leaving yourself with absolutely nothing.
2.Allow the person you love to make love with someone they care for, and feel genuine happiness and joy for them.
3.No matter how difficult your circumstances, never blame heaven, earth, society, the government, or others.
4.Avoid arguments, conflicts, comparisons, debates, fights, or competition with anyone. In all circumstances, embody truth, kindness, beauty, love, sincerity, and faith.
5.Do not seek a romantic partner; instead, love all humanity, including those who have hurt you—even your enemies.
6.Never gossip or spread rumors about others’ private lives or personal affairs.
7.Be mindful that countless people in the world are still suffering and enduring hardships. Therefore, live a simple life, free of extravagance or waste.
8.See yourself as the most humble, incapable, and insignificant being in the world. Be deeply grateful for the food you can eat, the shelter you have, the clothes you wear, the people who interact with you, the eyes that see, the legs that walk and run, the mouth that eats and speaks, the ears that hear, and the work you can do. Cherish these blessings wholeheartedly.
If you can achieve these eight points, you will have undergone a true transformation. However, to genuinely become a celestial or Buddha, you must not only repay the karmic debts accumulated over many lifetimes and store treasures in the heavenly kingdom but also completely replace your human consciousness with the consciousness of celestials and Buddhas.
If you cannot meet these requirements, any attempt to become a celestial or Buddha through self-cultivation is utterly impossible.
And there’s more to it...
