There Is No Time In Life To Lament And Complain

Xuefeng

Feb. 1, 2023

Forced into the world without our consent,

The sun and moon circling above our heads,

Birds singing in the day, stars blinking at night,

Nature's beauty in all its colors.

Reading, the threads of history intertwined,

Others' stories, some are full of joy, and some are full of sorrow,

What's more, the narration of love stories, lingering and tender,

There is also an affair plot that inspires fantasy.

As time passes, we reach middle age,

Life is full of sweetness and bitterness,

Hope and disappointment alternate,

Tragedies are everywhere.

Life won't always be smooth sailing,

Waves crash against the ship's hull,

Desperate situations occasionally arise,

Heart-wrenching screams for help go unanswered.

Helplessness overflowing enough to fill carts,

Turning into tears that flow into the river of history,

Misunderstandings and misjudgments like thunder and lightning,

Tearing rationality apart in the blue sky.

It's not a matter of willingness,

But a need to keep living,

Even if survival is unbearably bitter,

We must face the challenges of life with our heads held high.

There's no time in life to lament and complain,

Striving towards the bright and ideal land,

Even when the road is difficult and winding,

As long as we keep moving forward, there's always a beautiful place at the turning point.
