Visit from GEN Members

Our dear friend Adam, a volunteer from Belgium, has visited us many times. Each time he leaves, he says goodbye, and then we truly meet again. This time, he brought along a new friend, someone from a community within the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN). His role is to connect different GEN communities, share information, and foster relationships between them. Through our conversations, we discovered that we share many similar principles. For example, the primary task in life is to purify the garden of the heart, and we share the same mission: to spread love, heal the world, and help people feel the love of the Greatest Creator everywhere and at all times.

We explained that our community aims to heal the world and bring true happiness and freedom to humanity by creating a new lifestyle and production model without marriage. After reading the article by our guide Xuefeng, "A Call for Global Ecovillages to Unite as One International Family," he nodded in agreement and expressed his appreciation. We showed him a printed version of "800 Values for New Era Human Beings," and each time he read a sentence, he exclaimed, "This is beautiful! Where can I get this book?" So, we gifted him a bilingual copy of the 800 Values as a token of our friendship.

Meeting someone who shares the same ideals and thoughts is truly a joyous and fulfilling experience. Although his Scottish-accented English was a bit challenging to understand at times, we could feel the purity and beauty of his heart, his love for nature, and the warm connection between us. As they were leaving, Adam suggested that we exchange seeds and plants from our farms in the future, and we look forward to our next meeting.
