Dear brothers, sisters, and beloved ones! The Chinese New Year Gala of the Second Home of the First Branch of Life Chanyuan commenced at 7:30 PM on New Year's Day in the activity hall. The event was hosted by Lianxin Celestial and Daqi Celestial. Nearly 60 programs were presented, spanning over five hours and concluding reluctantly at 12:30 AM. The gala focused on dance, with nearly 20 captivating dance performances. The transitions between programs were seamless and engaging, the content was rich and diverse, and the performances were skillful and outstanding, with almost every program being a masterpiece.
The evening began with Lianxin Celestial leading a prayer of gratitude to Buddha and God, followed by Hundun Celestial's powerful rendition of the "Life Chanyuan University Anthem." Next was Wanjun Celestial's exquisite dance "The Bashful Rose Blooms Quietly," which was performed with such skill and grace that it rivaled any dance performance on the CCTV New Year's Gala. The evening featured many delightful highlights, including several touching performances by five "little flowers" organized and choreographed by Qianmo Celestial, which brought joy and happiness to everyone and left wonderful memories.
The singing performances by Hengde Celestial, Qiankun Celestial, Weixia Celestial, Jiaoxian Celestial, Shanbao Celestial, and Dongfang Celestial were robust and melodious, while several group dances featuring Huibao Celestial and Taiji Celestial were vibrant and full of youthful energy. Ehuang Celestial's harmonica performance was elegant and melodious, and Shengong Celestial's poetry recitation was powerful and rhythmic. Yidi Celestial, dressed up meticulously, delivered a vivid and lively performance as "Jigong," creating one climax after another. Every brother and sister performed with poise and increasing proficiency, and the evening concluded with a spontaneous and humorous program by Canghai Celestial, which had everyone laughing heartily and feeling joyful.
This gala was the most successful one ever held by the community. The venue, decorated by Wanjun Celestial, Ehuang Celestial, and all participants, was bright, comfortable, elegant, and magnificent. The event ran smoothly from start to finish without a single flaw, filled with laughter and joy while being orderly and well-organized. It fully demonstrated the civilized, elegant, noble, and splendid qualities and demeanor of the Chanyuan Celestials, who have been nurtured by the philosophy of Life Chanyuan. The two hosts exhibited excellent hosting skills, especially Daqi Celestial, who succeeded in her debut as a host.
From this gala, we witnessed the bright future of our community. Everyone felt unprecedented happiness, joy, freedom, and contentment. As our community continues to strengthen, develop, and improve, it will surely be embraced by the world and gradually reach the heavenly realm.
